The general CF page for PCGS #10211 looks OK. Link
The issue appears to be specific to the CF info associated with cert #43846806. Link
I do not believe that 'customer service' monitors the forum for these types of issues.
Have you reported your findings directly to them?
So it is not a double sided error?? Cheers, RickO
Is this a "mechanical error" or a "human error"?

Interestingly, the lighting is slightly different in the two photos as is the angle of the coin...
I notify Heather Boyd each time.
@HeatherBoyd
When a forum member identifies an issue, like the one in the OP, what is your preferred approach for reporting:
~ contact you;
~ contact 'customer service' via e-mail;
~ or, contact via some other method?
Thanks.
Hey @MetroD great questin, my role has taken me away from hands-on involvement with the forum. The best method for escalation is to message @PCGS_Moderator or email info@pcgs.com.
Thank you @MapsOnFire, I have shared your findings with the CoinFacts team and will provide updates when they are available.

Thanks for the response, and the guidance.
Thanks for the heads up, we are working on getting this updated.
Thanks for following-up on this.
Not sure if you are aware of the other "CoinFacts" related posts from @MapsOnFire.
In case you are not:
~ here are "errors" #1 and #2;
~ and, here is "error" #4.
Thanks so much MetroD.
I have noted these as well.
Thanks all.
