Have you reported your observations to PCGS CS?

Are these considered to be "mechanical errors"? ;)

Its been my experience that they will NOT do anything about it.

The second cert number is NOT a match to the coin you described. Link

You could very well be correct.

However, PCGS cannot do anything about it if they are unaware of the issue.

I sent a message to HeatherBoyd to look at this thread.
I don't know if she will see the message, or reply to it, or do anything about it. A couple of years ago in a message I told her my experience inside PCGS (more than a week) and asked her how much of it I could relate to this forum. She did not reply. I assumed that meant "nothing at all." But I didn't know for sure.

If you are so inclined, you could also try a non-forum route (i.e., 'copy and paste', then e-mail to info@PCGS.com).

It's the weekend. She probably won't see your message until Monday.

These look more like grading or as @PerryHall said, mechanical errors rather than CoinFacts errors. I thinks CF adds coins to pages based on information given to them from the grading room.

Agree that these appear to be attribution, or mechanical errors.
Also agree that CF likely utilizes info from the "grading room".

That said, these potential errors are now in CF.

If verified as inaccurate, these specific coins should be deleted from CF.
