I'm no expert but looks questionable color to me.
Looks AT (Artificially Toned) ... otherwise maybe a decent mid Unc coin

I agree that it looks artificially toned.
Artificial toning highly probable but otherwise a nice coin!

I would be shocked if that received anything other than questionable color or artificial toning from either here or there.
Absolutely no question that coin is AT

Welcome to the forum!
Sorry but that appears to be artificial toning.

Nothing wrong with that coin that a good dip in e-z-est wouldn't fix.

Actually, that depends upon whether the toning is covering cleaning or other problems.

@GodlessWanderer .... Welcome aboard. Your coin appears to be artificial tarnish - that means it has not occurred naturally, but rather by heat or chemicals. Cheers, RickO
not attractive AT

I like it and would have to see in hand before proclaiming AT
If the photo colors are accurate, would have to agree with artificially toned. Looks to be uncirculated but depends on whether coloring is covering any defects like abrasions, etc.

Looks like it had some natural rim tone, but then shake-n-bake
Welcome
Unfortunately, nothing about the toning looks natural to me.

Some like color. Some do crazy things , like crazy glue.

Godless welcome.
Iβm the AT lover around here and Iβm not attracted to the look or color. ππ¦«π

Didn't do anything to it but set it on the shelf for a few years. So no... it's not artificial. That's how it toned. I didn't dip it, or clean it, or look at it funny. It just sat on the shelf, I forgot about it, and a few years later, I came across it... and here it is.
Did it lie there swaddled in anything or did it lie there raw?
Regardless of how the coin toned, the color looks blatantly artificial. And if the images are anywhere close to accurate, I think it has approximately a 0% chance of receiving a straight grade at any highly respected grading company.

Definitely AT.

Maybe a better way to put it is 'Market unacceptable' toning.
It may not be artificial or accelerated toning as to what you've done with it, but the look is that of an artificially toned coin.

If it was sent in for grading, I'm 99% sure it would get a details grade for questionable color.
