Here is the second coin I wanted to share as a guess the grade. I bought this one at the same show and from the same dealer as the 1898 from the other thread. Just like the other thread, any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thank you all for your participation. This was fun. This coin is graded MS-66★ by NGC. I'm guessing the reverse between the eagle's neck and wing just below the eagle's right wing and the wreath are frosty. It has a very similar look to some of the Carson City DMPL's.
