@Dukenukem... Looking at the second set of pictures, I agree with @FredWeinberg's conclusion... (and, in case you did not know, he is an expert on errors)... Struck through... Interesting that you have four pieces like that. Cheers, RickO

Found one but there is no photo (coming soon). So not sure what it looks like or if similar to yours.
You might do some searches on the web and/or eBay to see if anything else is out there.
This one is not so high priced as the other 2021 Morgans. Price will depend on not only the size of struck through but if it can be identified as struck through what (yours I would guess it is undetermined) and of course the grade.Found another one. Different location but seems similar to yours but again not my usual thing.

That doesn't look like a die chip.
A die chip wouldn't be a different color. It's not a chocolate chip.
It is interesting that you have 4 identical coins. Is it raised as it appears? Is it actually black or is that just a reflectivity difference?
does anyone know if there is a registered error on the new 2022 eagles ... found four in a tube of brand new and all have the exact same identical chip ... i have looked all over and as far as i can tell these are the only 4 ... any help would be greatly appreciated
BTW I call it the extra wing tip error but im sure someone could do better
it is actually a chip the indentation can be felt
i will try to take better photos
If it is a chip into the coin, then it is not a die chip as per your title. A die chip would produce a raised area on the coin. However something stuck to the die would produce a 'chip' / indentation area on the coin when it is struck and could happen on multiple coins.
Sorry I don't know about errors on these.

Don't touch them!
There's no such thing as a "registered error". Errors are one-off production problems.
as you can see all 4 are almost exactly identical and even caught the F a bit
i have been extremely careful with them .. just very difficult to verify there is more than 1 and they are all the same
always use gloves and put them back in airtites
There's not such thing as "almost exactly" identical.
A variety would be exactly identical.
An error would be different.
It looks like maybe struck with a foreign object on the die which would make it an error. I'm not sure it is the kind of error that would add much, if any, value as it has no "wow" factor to it
Looks to be a minor struck through where the foreign object stuck to the die thus producing a few similar looking struck thrus on back to back coins.

ive looked very close at the obverse and i cannot see any marks or evidence of whats on the reverse
You shouldn't be able to see anything on the obverse. The material was stuck to the reverse die.
Strike through. nice
See the mint still has it's outstanding quality control.
@Dukenukem
At the top of the forum is a Resources thread. It has a couple of error references.
One of them has the following on struck through.
Reference link:
https://www.error-ref.com
Then in the Striking errors:
Go down to Struck Through errors:
and then links to various struck through
These look the closest to me but there are infinite possibilities

And then a similar question I asked about a Morgan $ in another thread

Seems like the US Mint's quality control is worse than what it was during the 2000s.
4 right in the center of one tube ... none before or since ... and apparently none anywhere else ... not really sure what to do with them
Here is another thread asking about a 2021 Morgan and struck through or not.
It has an eBay link in it to a seller asking a lot of extra $ for the certified struck throughs. However, as someone pointed out the seller is asking but not a lot of sales.
You would need to get them certified as an error for this.
However, you might first try changing your title to something like
ASE struck through error, what are they worth
and see if you get any additional info or advice
Let me say this is Not anything I am involved with but maybe others could give advice if they might be worth getting certified or not.
