It was 50 for me. Like a big ole switch. Time to dial it back.

The only time I see the truth is once in the morning and once in the evening when looking into the mirror. lol
The biggest change is the amount of pills that I take.
From not having to take any before the age of 55 to taking several a day.

So here is how I celebrated my day.
Birthday dinner was boiled Maine lobsters (4 ) at a total weight of 5.8 lbs) ) prepared by chef Wayne. It was
accompanied with a fresh Caesar salad paired with my favorite limitless Chardonnay wine of Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve.
It was fantastic.
