It's a gorgeous example and quite clean. From the photos, I'd like it to be just a bit brighter for a 67, so I'll say 66. But if I were told it's in a 67 holder, I'd be fine with it. A 65 holder and I'd wonder what I'm missing.
It is in an old NGC 65 holder.
I think it could 66 but I will probably never try it.
The coin below the toning is MS-65. With the toning, MS-66.

Personally I believe that it is a superb gem, but there may be a few grading grinches who may see it as AT.
I see some chatter in the fields which is why I said 65. The toning is superb, but I don't think it should bump the grade a full point -- maybe a +, or it gets the higher grade in a "liner" situation.
I don't think I have ever seen anyone suggest that.
I'm sure it could happen but that would be a stretch.
My first thought is 67 and so is my second. Let’s go with 67!
Not sure. I'm looking at it now. Even with the normal die polish, the luster is there.
The two tiny hits on the reverse are all I can see with a glass.
I'm happy with it.
