Tough one since you cannot see the luster, but I will guess PCGS AU58 CAC

Beautiful coin... hard to tell based on the images. The sharpness in the devices is difficult to determine. I would like to think the floor is 45. I think 50 would be reasonable but only after having the same advantage as the graders as they had the benefit of an in hand review

Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.

Good looking coin. I like that look. AU50, shot 53. Could be a 45, but I doubt it

I would call that an AU50... in good light, and with a touch of luster, maybe53. Cheers, RickO

I think there's hidden luster in the Stars and STATES... 50 or 53...

45 even though I really want to call it a 50-but the eagle's feathers are a tad too weak.

    I'm thinking EF-45.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
