I got some quarter sets today…. It would be nice if the us mint would package these appropriately. It would also be nice if the post office don’t try to have me sign for this while actively spinning the box around so I didn’t see the gaping hole (let alone try to deliver it damaged without comment).
I haven’t counted to see if they were all there but several boxes of P/D quarter rolls were destroyed.

The Congratulations Sets are desirable to those who collect them / collect labels. Otherwise same W or S mint proof eagle. The congrats sets received little interest in the early years (selling only 16 - 18,000) The real interest came in 2017 when the mint surprised with an S mint proof eagle. It was only available in the Congratulations set (50,000) and Limited edition silver proof set (75,000) making it one of the lower mintage eagles. That started the interest in the Congratulations Set (and made the early ones, (limited in availability), desirable for those who wanted sets. Other than label collectors, I personally don't understand the interest since then, same coin, more expensive, and I'd rather have the little blue box (even the new cheap ones) than the card.
I’m just going to suck it up and put some “free” quarters in everything I sell until they are gone. Win some, lose some.
I’ll let my postmaster know because we have a good relationship and she wants to know these things. Nothing anyone can do now so best not to worry too much. All the other sets are accounted for. 5 sets damaged pretty bad.
I saw it flip but despite having already carted one, I couldn’t click the terms and buy buttons fast enough apparently. Not wholly convinced any were actually available.

It only says "sets" which means proof sets and silver proof sets which are open for enrollment starting with the 2023 sets now on the mint website. Bags and rolls are not available yet and will be available whenever they want them to.
They are taking set enrollment now so they will have an idea of how many to produce and they will surely produce a lot.
The "Keebler Elves" will be running the presses day and night for these sets.
The bags and rolls are a different story, however you can expect many more to be produced next year. That is why the big boys are hoarding them because collectors new to the series will have to go to the secondary market for them if they want all four years.
