VF-20. The scratch on the cheek might keep it from grading, but it shouldn't. I would take 5 points off for it.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
Thanks for all the comments. Some good guesses all around. Came back VF25, which I think is the right grade. That scratch on the cheek is very light and disappears if the light doesn’t catch it just right. Here’s the TV and a slab shot.
Judging coins from photos is so tough. The distracting scratch that might keep it from grading suddenly turned into a green bean. I think we'd all like the coin if we saw it in person.

Very good point. Angles matter so much. Suddenly gone when you turn it a bit to the side. Just a nice wholesome VF with great color.

I was exactly with the two previous...25, 30 couldn't decide. 🤔

Oh, what a wonderful example. I think she comes back as a 25, and a pretty one at that!

F15!
I’m thinking 25
I like it as a VF20 with nice color/contrast. A good pick up for a raw coin.
I guess VF 20-- Beautiful coin!
It's a fine 12-15, that'll grade VF 20
VF20 but no more. The scratch on the cheek is distracting.
25 nice color!

So, if we guessed the correct grade do we get the coin?

Absolutely yes! Those are the unspoken rules.
