I'm guessing that PCGS gave it a grade of 65+ It has a nice look with nice rev color; and not to hate on the coin; but that tone (especially the obv) sure looks alot like dip residue not properly rinsed off.

Very nice. I won’t guess the grade as I can’t tell the blast of luster from your nice image. Luster rules on these, especially a 82-s. Just my worthless opinion.

hmmm, then based on this new "piece" of info and the picture just posted above I adjust my guess to 64+, as there is no way this can go 68 unless it is the same grader that got that Fairmont piece out at 66 a few days ago
