A little unevenly struck on the obverse right. Still a beautiful coin.

Very pretty!!
I'm thinking the minor die deterioration amped up the luster. I'd guess MS65+ FH.

64FH Excellent coin!

62FH but the eye appeal is much higher. Maybe a 63 but I see subdued Obv Luster, Scraped knee, chunk out of the eagle's breast and those are the first places they teach you to put a loop..

64+ FH. Too much flatness above Liberty’s knee for it to go higher. Mh

Early date Type II SLQs from Philadelphia (1917 - 1921) usually have excellent strikes, and what J Cline called "ultimate full heads." You can get full rivulets on the shield, and on some of them, you can get full shield detail as well. I've only seen one branch mint SLQ Type II coin with all of this detail.
Most of these FH coins I have seen have been dipped. Not sure where the uneven color comes from on this coin. Dip rinse?
Like the coin, but I think there are just enough small contact marks in key areas on the obverse to keep it out of a MS 65 FH holder.

@Elcontador gave the perfect assessment. Right leg hits are uber-important when it comes to grading these. I see it as an exceptional MS64FH. The head is the very definition of full.
Hindsight is always 20/20.
I think that if she didn't skin her knee, she would have at least "fived".

I thought the 62 and 63 grades were far too harsh. This coin has great eye appeal. That said I wouldn’t argue with those that thought the dings should hold the coin back from a 65 (my grade).
That beautiful piece looks like it was struck with the hammer from hell👌. Just gorgeous in every way my coin brother. VERY nice and congratulations on such a great piece. WOW

Very nice 👍
