My first thought was MS65 too... on the fence for FH designation (I also like to see full rivets on the shield too..)

I'll agree with @erwindoc 65FH and a very attractive SLQ at that!
66 FH no doubt FH

65FH. Is that strike or die doubling on the motto? I think I see split serifs on the "N" but hard to tell on the phone screen.

I first thought 66FH, but then looking close I feel a 65+FH might be the better guess. Beautiful coin, regardless. Congrats.

Beautiful SLQ. I’ll go 65FH+

J. Cline would call this coin an ultimate full head. Exceptionally good strike for a 30 P. Well defined right knee and only a few soft rivulets on the shield. A few minor flecks on the coin when it is magnified to 10 times its size that may not be apparent without such magnification. No noticeable marks or hairlines.
You often can't judge the quality of a coin's eye appeal from an image as this. If it's good, I'd say MS 65 FH. If it good to exceptional, I'd say MS 66 FH. I have one of these in MS 65 FH, and this appears to be a nicer coin.

Really nice strike for a 1930. I was thinking 65FH when I first saw it, but it's closer to 66 than 64.

That is a great looking coin. I have a hard time seeing that in a 63 holder.

Most of them were 65FH.
