I’m thinking it looks better in hand than in the pictures. Enjoy!
The longer I live the more convincing proofs I see of this truth, that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice is it possible for an empire to rise without His aid? Benjamin Franklin
I like the reverse, but not the obverse. From the photo the obverse looks to me like it has environmental damage/porosity. Waiting to hear your in hand assessment once it arrives!
Given the lighting on the obverse and reverse, I believe that if lustre were present, it would be visible. With that said, my read on the images is that the obverse is mostly too deeply toned to have any lustre remaining, and the reverse has similar areas, though it is brighter. All said, while parts of the coin appeal to me, on the whole, I think it will be too dark and lacklustre to be appealing. If I'm wrong and the rest of the reverse and the whole of the obverse looks like the bright part of the reverse, then it could be a great coin, but I'm not banking on it.

I like it. All that matters, though, is that you like it.

I'm thinking I agree with @pmh1nic
I have a couple like that from my grandfather's set.
I’m guessing lousy pics, great coin.

I like it. I hope it’s even better in person.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Not one that I would currently buy, having said that I do have one that is rather similar in an old rattler holder.

Looks crusty with nice color on the reverse. The strength of luster will be the determining point of how nice it truly is.
I think you'll be doing a happy dance if you bought it right

Dark, moody, melancholy, but with a glimmer of hope on the reverse horizon as the sun burns through the gloom.
Perfect coin for fall.
I love it!
very nice, is it circulated?
That would be a pass for me.... Obverse looks environmentally damaged....or at least terminal tarnish. Cheers, RickO
I am glad that you like it. I am not a big fan, but for the right price...
