yes, anything that does not fall under the date can easily become a variety.

So is this a popular mint issue? If a coin or set doesn’t sell out in the first 20 minutes we take a collective breath and wonder if we should buy it. If we did buy it, we wonder if we should cancel it because the flipping potential isn’t there.
Then 24 hours later when the HHL is removed and the item shows the remind me button, we are back to wishing we bought it. It’s quite a conundrum we have here.
Last year's are available for $41 with similar mintage. You do the math.
It doesn’t seem that the dollar amount isn’t the measurement of popularity this year. Things are selling out regardless. I suppose your point is that these issues, even with a sellout, won’t hold their value even though this coin is the first unc ASE with the new reverse. Time will tell even though most mint issues don’t hold their value. Thanks for the insight.
The price for last year's coins are also being paid this year. Yes, there is a lot of hype this year, but the long term price is not determined by the short term hype and flipping frenzy. It's a question of what the collector base is. In a year or so, these are the same price as last year's.
Agree. Several available for $100 BIN already on eBay. Not sure why so many people want these. A lot of work for around a $20 profit.
There's a LOT of flipping frenzy going on this year. At some point, they'll learn that the Mint is not in the business of printing money. (BEP does that! LOL.)
There have been more easy flips this year than in the last 5 years combined. Once a few of these people get seriously burned, maybe things will settle back to normal. The Mint better seriously consider a change in its return policy. One of these days, the Mint is going to sell a dog that gets bought out by these frenzied flippers who are going to return 50% of the mintage to the Mint just because they can.

The 2020 Palladium sold through. It was unavailable for weeks. Prices on eBay were less than issue price even for graded.
Those weeks later they became available again and the stats showed about 10% of the mintage limit did not sell or were returned or whatever.
The mint was burned but a lot of eBay sellers were too.

Happens all the time, my CC are not charged until after I have received the coins.
Never had that happen. Credit card not charged. There is no shipping for me. That’s a first I’ve heard of shipping before payment. The mint never fails to entertain

Admittedly not the product page, but the Mint does use the word "burnished" in the definition of "uncirculated" coins in their FAQS.

The missing reed on most of mine was between the 0 and the second 2. One was more directly under the second 2.
I thought there would have been something micro-engraved in the gap, but it appears to be just a smooth surface with a 10x.
Thank you subscription.....mine have an estimated arrival of Tuesday......with 1st class shipping, to boot> @derryb said:

Up for over 3 minutes today. Got 6 more(not confirmed).
That would be considered counterfeit.
Yep...these were available for quite awhile. Probably the last hurrah.

@Jzyskowski1, is burnished used anywhere BY the united states mint on their product page?
The "finish" is listed as uncirculated, not burnished.

Redbook. I am not going to argue ask the mint. Google and redbook burnished is
