1913 type 1 buffalo nickel in a "crippled" NGC slab, would you re-holder this coin if you bought it?

Here is a 1913 type one buffalo nickel proof in NGC PF-64 that is in an NGC slab. Do you like this particular slab? And would
you consider getting it re-holdered by NGC if you were to add it to your collection? Is the so-called "green bean" really that
important? Also is this type of slab in itself rare?

Personally, I'd buff the rest of the reverse sticker off and replace it with a plain white decal of equal size. I do wish NGC would market replacement decals. That would be a game changer.

Losing the reverse label is very common on this generation of NGC slab. Dealers put their stickers on the slab and the label came up when the sticker was removed.
I would leave it the way it is. I don't think that the CAC sticker means a lot on this coin, but it's more valuable than spending the money to get the coin re-holdered for a reverse brand name. This is also an older NGC slab which some people view as a plus.
I’d look for an appropriate sticker to place over the damaged sticker. Not sure what I would end up with until I found the replacement sticker though.
But maybe one of these 🤔 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Scrapbooking-Crafts-KF-Stickers-Once-Dedicated-Coin-Collector-Mint-Grade-Rare-/233528123094?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286

I do not view the missing sticker a negative
I would leave it like it is. Personally I do not care about the reverse branding. I like the coin it appears to be very solid for grade!
Beautiful Proof Buffalo.
Would leave as is, where is, with the partial sticker......
Nice coin. I hate it when the stickers come off, and as a general rule I try to avoid them, but I wouldn't reholder or mind owning this one.
as a buyer of labels, i insist on having both of them
It will happen suddenly
I'd have it reholdered if my goals were to reduce the desirability and resale value of the coin.
In a fatty i leave it be....I buy that slab before another.

I'd leave it alone personally looks like a really nice buffalo!!
In answer to the op's questions this is a gen 4 holder, the reverse hologram was/is very easily damaged so you see lots of this generation holder with partial reverse holograms. The gen 4 and 5 holders are the last two of the old soap bar style before NGC went to the style with the plastic having the indent below the label and both are somewhat easy to find.
I would rather have that holder over a shinny new holder any day, that holder says the coin is stable and has been mostly well cared for. Having the coin reholdered could result in a lower value.
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
The sticker bugs me but I’d live with it in this case, don’t reholder.
I would keep it as it is.... The holder is fine... We don't need no stinkin' labels....
Nice Buff nickel... Cheers, RickO
Best case scenario with a new holder the value of the coin remains the same. Worst case scenario the value of the coin decreases. I don’t think there’s any upside potential. Nice coin by the way.
For ATS. you got the right holder and the right sticker...

I’d leave it be.
But, I’m a “buy the coin and not the holder” kind of guy.
That said, if it were in something other than one of the top 3 tier holders, I’d have that thing outta there in a jiffy! :-)
Nothing wrong with an NGC Fatty.

Just leave it as it is. The damaged NGC sticker is an annoyance but not critical.
Not "crippled" as the holder is not damaged. No real defect in the minds of most potential owners iMO.
