After 17 years of searching...

This is one of the Gold Libertas Americana medals "re-struck" in 2004. While searching the populations, I found that NGC had graded one (and only one) of these as PF70UCAM. Year after year of searching, that particular medal never came to light. I wondered if it really deserved the 70 grade or not, but I never found a image of that one. Well, late last year, it appeared on eBay. I negotiated with the seller and acquired it.
As we all know, the USPS has been very slow, and a couple weeks later it arrived.
This is how it looks now!

Now that this PR70DCAM is in the collection, I still like the presentation of the other specimens:
Congratulations on a gorgeous piece🍾
It’s very beautiful in every way.
Does not get any better. Most beautiful coin of all time. And you own it. Congratulations.
So... what you're saying is that one PR70DCAM isn't enough
I hope it doesn't take another 17 years!
So.....
First I ended up with two PCGS-68's, and then I upgraded to two PCGS-69's. and now I have the only PCGS-70.
Just beautiful.
That's an incredible piece! Stunning for sure. The Libertas Americana medals are wonderful for their history and beauty (imho) and the restrikes in your collection are truly fabulous examples. Your passion and persistence really paid off. Thanks for sharing. Congrats!
