In light of the excitement around silver prices. Post a round or bar that you own.

Here is one I bought when silver was between 5 and 6 bucks an ounce. I was an E4 in the Navy and 35 bucks was quite a bit of money.

Not exactly a bar or a round but it is 999 fine silver.
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
Here are a few 2 ouncers from intaglio mint. I have more designs, but don’t have holders for them yet.

How thick is the silver on that? That's impressive.
Odd one
could someone say a cylinder is a round bar?
Probably my favorite silver pieces - a pair of old Engelhard poured bars with sequential serial numbers.

Prospector's gold & gems..
Pretty chunky. 39mm wide, probably 7-8mm thick. Their website is down right now (like most silver sellers, ha), so I can't look up exact thickness.

Very nice !!!
It seems other members are impressed as well.
Care to share more info on it?
I'm sure everyone would like to know how much it weighs.
Is it by a famous artist?
Or any other info you would be willing to share?

My special silver .... Cheers, RickO

One of the rounds I have left. Evidently he thought he could get rid of the bars but he didn't know what to do with this one.
Isn’t that a Frederic Remington's 'The Broncho Buster' Pure Silver Cast?
I have several small and large bronzes.....love them

Very nice Steph! That's my favorite bullion set of all time.
Here's a cool 3oz bar I picked up a long time ago, also from Walla Walla.

Wow
Not quite a bar or a round, but after my mother passed away my siblings and I finally open the for bidden closet.. it was full of silver from my grandmothers estate. There was so much I don’t even know how to weigh it. The tray near the middle is just under 80 ounces.
Still intact,,,, for now
The bulk of my silver is in a 100 ounce bar
