Wow that MJ Star looks gorgeous! I just got in the #288 ROY Star today that finally completes my MJ 1st year midgrade trio from that set.
Picked this 86 Merchante pretty cheap but once I saw Mike’s moustache crease I knew why.
And with all of my Jordan 5x7 Nike Poster Cards currently sitting at PSA waiting to be graded I started purchasing the 4x6 Air Jordan Nike Retro Cards of his again and here are some of my favorites recent pickups. Then the last two in the pick below are a couple 4x6 Costaco’s Brothers mini posters.

Brand new crystal clear holder for the Ryan Express and some others, two bumps on autos — and landed a mint to gem mint true rookie of The Babe Ruth of basketball. Xmas a little early.
Awesome star bag of Jordan and finally crossed Joe over to PSA. Sweet card and amazing eye appeal.
Additions to the 1975-1995 Rookie set! For some reason I just love the Caminiti card! Also Edgar was a amazing player for the Mariners as I watched him, Griffey, Johnson and the rest battle it out in the 90's! Loved those times!

Good call with the Smoltz & Martinez; especially the glossy variation.
I feel both are underappreciated.
Agreed. You can still buy these for the cost of a meal. Many 9’s are poorly centered so they took a bit to find. Both these guys were dominant in their day.
Watching Edgar hit that double down the left field line in the 95 ALDS to score Jr still brings chills to my body!
Super rare card finally made its way to me today! Willie Woodburn was a journalist after his soccer career ended. This card was published sometime in the 50s based on what I’ve learned about the card. If the decade is correct, it would’ve been published sometime after 1954 when he received his lifetime ban.
Finally grabbed my first box of mid 70’s to add to my collection and this one looks like it has never seen the light of day - absolutely pristine condition and great provenance.
Here is my latest pick up. As some of you may know I already have a high grade Red Heart set. I bought this one because it has several cards that I can use to upgrade my set. There are also some cards that I have in the same grade but these are better centered and look better. will pick the best cards from the two sets and make mine nicer. I'll end up selling the second set. The sets will be #7 & 8 on the registry.
I was a big Bonilla fan back in the day. I had to get myself one! The 80’s have a lot to offer!
Looks like you've been on an 80s binge!
I think it's great the 80s finally have gotten the attention they desire.
10 quality more rare than thought possible, (somewhat) the dawn of card collecting and/or a new breed of collectors, the 80s loaded with superstars and childhood heroes.
This year more than ever, I've been adding to my watchlist and buying 80s RCs

Yeah, they are kind of addicting! I have enjoyed this one more than my registry sets. There are always a number of cards in a registry set I buy just because they are on the list. With this showcase, I only buy what I like, I make the call on what is in the set. Have fun collecting the 80’s!
Super thrilled to get this white whale into the PC before the Wall St investment crowd completely blew up the price.
Brand new to the market from a private collection...

Couple slabs from this month that got scanned today. Ertz has a chance of becoming an all-time Eagles member and Bernie is my favorite Puerto Rican baseball player. Such an important part of those Yankees championship teams and an all-around great person.

Nice, Joe, great addition to your master set!
Thanks Dan, but it's not in there yet.
If I remember correctly, years ago I had sent out a few want lists to some of the sellers in SCD and got a call one day from Mike Wheat (I think) saying he had picked up a collection and had the Killebrew 1960 Post. Was a few hundred dollars even back in the 1990's and I probably had to make a few payments on it before I could make it mine.
Not only is it the highest graded Killebrew there's only one graded higher than a 4 in the entire set. A Johnny Unitas 5.

A fresh crossover back from PSA, which more than doubles its original price/value in its BGS holder.
I straight crossed it, didn't dare risk cracking it out and also put a min grade of 10. the centering isn't perfect, but well within PSA standards. And thanks, I appreciate it! Here were the subs.

I know that I paid too much...but it was too nice to pass up.
Grade Run! Now with qualifiers! Not too hard to find the MK on this one.

great centering on the mcgee 83 topps rookie
Thanks! I am trying to buy 9’s that look like 10’s. That one caught my eye, centering is good and the card is clean. Heck of a ball player too.

Wow on the Red Hearts. Those are mazing - really enjoyed looking at them. Cannot imagine how nice your combined set will be!!
Two for some of the HOF sets I am working on. Used the bucks promotion and offers to get these down to where I was comfortable.
5 left on the '55 Bowman HOF set now.
Have 64/80 now on the '61 HOF set.
Both are in reach of completion!
The Mantle looks perfect to my eyes and the Reese while not as centered as I would like is among the better centered I have found.
Thanks Brad. I replaced 21 of the cards in the set I am keeping with these cards.
Awesome card! Underrated player too.

Fun Fact: While with the Yankees, Nokes caught Jim Abbott's no-hitter on September 4, 1993.
