The video indicates, to my eyes, the technical grade may indeed be 40, but the surfaces still don't look natural. Based on the varied opinions, it would be nice to see the coin in hand.

From the picture, my first take was 35 or 40. Not wholly original, probably market acceptable.
Form the video, maybe 45? Still think something looks off with the surfaces though. At that generation it's in a straight grade holder, but not sure about that being correct.

40 details, looks cleaned to me.
VF was my first instinct. Like most coins of the era, it saw some level of cleaning.
Edit: after seeing the video I’d go XF details.
VF30, burnished, especially on the reverse.
I'm guessing it's graded XF40. I think high VF is more appropriate, though.

Ah ... NGC fatty holder. The 35 grade makes sense, but I bet it would grade 40 at NGC today.
