I tried to represent pretty much every single remotely feasible grade for the coin below.
I do not have the coin in hand yet but I was obliged with these quick videos by the photographer, so you can see the luster.

I voted 65. Might only make 64 at PCGS.
The picture makes it look 65, but the luster quality is difficult to assess and could swing my feeling a point, one way or another.

Do you have any more photos in different lighting conditions? Most Oregons I see having strong luster. This one seems somewhat muted on my monitor.

Looks like a 66 to me....subdued luster could negatively affect it....no dings, good definition of devices. Cheers, RickO
Very nice coin at 66!
Ms 65
My read is that the lustre isn't quite full for the coin, and based on that, I chose MS64. The surfaces are clean, so if the lustre is stronger than I see in the photos (it looks like the picture may have been taken with softer lighting which can mute lustre) then I could see it going up a point or two.
Looks like an MS 66 IMO. Nice original coin.
Very nice! I like!
I'm in the 65+/66 camp. I actually think it probably has really nice luster. Not much in the way of hits or distractions. I'm a little torn when it comes to eye appeal. The toning is a bit splotchy, but also has some aspects that are nice. Maybe it's a net neutral when it comes to the toning. In-hand, sometimes coins like this are really fun, in which case a 66 would probably be correct.
?
I went 64 because of the luster.
Looks 64 to me but I’m no expert in grading from pics.
A lovely piece.
I'll say 66.
Luster looks pretty good from the video clips. No distracting marks on the Indian or ox, some minor field scuffs on the map, wagon is well struck, might have a minor hit on it.

Terrific design. I think served as a significant influence for the Oregon Mutual Medal that commemorated the 25th anniversary of the company in 1931.
Having a hard time judging the surfaces so I will pass on offering an opinion
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
I'm saying 64 but bumped due to the toning = 65.
MS66 and such a beauty.
I voted 67. it all depends on the luster, looked pretty good to me, but i could have gone 66, depending on how you interpret the picture.
PC66, NGC67......
I was 65 before watching the videos.......and after watching the videos I think 67.
OINK
Nice MS 66 is my guess.

The real question, will it CAC, and if so, gold or green?
1 MS62.
2 MS63.
14 MS64.
14 MS65.
24 MS66.
4 MS67.
2 details.
The grade is 64. I think it is undergraded for sure.

It doesn’t look nearly as nice to me in the new photo. That aside, the difference in value between a 64 and a 65 is negligible and the same can be said for a 64 and even some 66’s.

I hate to say this but I am glad that's not a 66. I never thought it was truly original (color but no skin), and I really don't like to see coins from that era and delivery to be 66 and above that don't have some skin.
Will it bean? Unless those pictures are hiding something, I would think it would, although I don't know enough about that situation to have a solid opinion. If it does that will help separate it from the rest.
I'd surely leave it in the soapbox. Is that a label back or an embossed back holder?

I don't see all that much difference between the latest photo and the original, honestly. YMMV. The grade seems appropriate. I guessed 65 figuring it got an "NGC bump".
Sure looks better than MS64. I'd think it would be worthy of a CAC gold decal.
