It's nice to see that not everyone got sucked down the rabbit hole of modern coins as exemplified by privy marked fake Morgan and Peace Dollars. Those that went with Moderns did so with good taste in design, avoiding the cartoon characters and revisionist history commemoratives. Great gold sets, and those hearldic medals, what a great artistic achievement. This is what coin collecting should be about.

I did some very minimal editing to the seller photos to straighten them and make them look less washed out.
From the photos it looks like an absolutely flawless, brilliant coin.

Also new…….but oh so interesting I thought I would post it. This is a cast copy of 22mm 1849-DATED BRASS GOLD MINER COUNTER. The real one is mine also. I’ve never seen another cast/counterfeit of this particular gaming token.
