To go with my extra leaf high and low...
In a series that consisted of total garbage designs, the Wisconsin for some reason always appealed to me. It’s still one of the very few that I like.
Nice coin.

So much better than the old reverse IMO-
I like how the new design has the eagle only holding an oak branch. No olives, no arrows, just straight strength.
That's a great observation....and I also agree.....thanks
Ill add it nice to see the mint finally putting out coinage worthy of this nation.
I lost faith years ago.... as to their ability to mint coins that designs were worthy to represent this nation. Sorry but I just cannot believe that coins minted 100,200 years ago have a design that shadows new coinage. One would think.....that with all the technology compared to 100 years ago that the mints products would get better?.....

I just now ordered this coin,,,,,,, hope it looks as good in-hand as in this photo.
In hand the coin is darker like the True-View. I like it and it is just arriving at CAC.
PCGS PF64 BN
Here is the True-View photo.
I am shocked,,,,,,, this coin did not get a CAC Sticker.
Thanks Ron
I was a very young collector at a Baltimore show when I had it signed.
As you may know Baltimore has always had a huge history in numismatic's!
A lot of great specimens bought and sold here....over the years.
But im sure like you in the mid 60's that book was your bible.you carried it everywhere, I know I did. ....and speaking for myself my coin budget was for coins from my newspaper collection bag, or coin from a show or shop.
I wasnt rich enough to buy a new red book each year. So this one had to be kept in good condition.
This coin was for sale a while ago on this forum in an old holder graded 64. Eventually picked it up off of OfferUp, cracked it out, and sent it in to pcgs. Came back a 64+ and CAC’d. Beautiful piece of silver
Second week I have gone for a book1962 redbook this week, that is 🤓. $2.95 listing is for 1 copy with 4 avaliable should relist anyone looking for a good deal
Found in change. The fella at the gas station ask me to just replace what I take from the, take a penny give a penny tray.
I put a dollar in and removed about12 cents.

Other than some newsstand magazines it was the only price guide that I know of. The "Greysheet" wasn't invented yet.
You know I loved going to the drug store a grabing a" coinage" magazine, what was so funny 98% was ads! Very few articles...... but pages of small print dates and series to be purchased unseen of course.
1985 Year of the Eagle Cupertino Coin Club Silver. It may just be another silver coin club medal but it sure is a pretty club medal. Seller wanted to know if he should dip it to get rid of the toning I replied........please no, send as is.
