I finally bought one. Was waiting for the proper amount of crust. I released this one from an old ANACS 61 DD OBV slab.

My first graded coin was a MS65 Stoner (In the attachments). I regret not having bought the real crusty MS64 Stoner pictured.

Bought this many years ago from the dedication ceremony in 1970. Had to raise cash for a vacation home so I sold it - I wish I hadn't. Have never seen one since - was one of 200 made.

Wow, that's got a lot going for it. Commem, medal, post mark, AND related stamps. Very cool.

This one is graded MS-65, and it's one of the prettier examples I have seen.

I have always liked the Stone Mountain commemorative....was not part of the set I put together (states I have lived in)...I should get one....That envelope with stamps and the medal is really nice. Cheers, RickO

The guy I bought this from told me it was found within a wall near a chimney lining with other coins. Came back MS65.

My mother and I climbed Stone Mountain and then for Christmas she got me a raw commem from a coin shop in Atlanta where she was living at the time. Graded MS66+. Good purchase by mom for $50.
