Has anyone ever seen a sealed pack of 1966 topps hockey cards? I have yet to ever see one in over 30 years.

There is one for sure that exists of series 2 a member here PM me the image of the one in his collection it is series 2. I asked if I can share the image here on the boards will see what he tells me. It is graded by GAI (grade is an 8).

Here it is the owner said it was OK to share but I will not give out the users name:

1958 is Bobby Hull and 1966 is Bobby Orr but no that would be series 1. Still I had never seen any of the series sealed till today (1966).

There were 2 variations on the ‘66 wrappers. one without the ‘67 year showing and one with the ‘67 year showing. While i’ve seen a couple slabs of the wrapper without the ‘67 showing, that’s the first one I’ve ever seen slabbed w the ‘67 in the corner.

So how do you know it’s Series 2? Is it because there is the ‘67 showing?

The owner said it is series 2. I am not sure how that is determined.
