I forgot I had these. Bought a bunch of packs a few years ago. I opened most trying to hit a mint Maradona rookie but got all players I never heard of. Decided to keep the last couple sealed. Would like to see if PSA would slab these
1978 Crack Campeonato Mundial de Futbol
1977 Futbol Campeonato Metropolitano y Nacional de Futbol Argentino
Here is my favorite pack. 1970 Kelloggs Bench on Front. I have a feeling this thread is going to get pretty crazy with some serious unopened being showcased. Looking forward to seeing some great looking packs.
Bought this at a yard sale as I was passing by. Funny thing was on that given Sunday,
The Giants were playing Buffalo again (very rare) and was listening to Westwood radio calling the game, I think last season 2020.
Found this gem. Super Bowl 25, Giants vs Bills in Tampa.
A Press Kit ?
Program (Mint)
Hologram Ticket in cased in glass.
Pin
Tin holding 160 cards of the Super Bowls past. (unopened)
A XXV Patch.
Poster (under shell)
An official Super Bowl XXV cap (white with patch). (under shell)
Now here's the million dollar question.
See the square spot thats not filled ?
Could that be the spot for a ring?
I dont know and haven't any luck finding the answer.
But its just one of those carma moments.
Also picked up a vintage Eagles windbreaker. (mint) $5.00

Here are three (3) unopened packs/rack, which I have consigned to REA Winter Auction beginning November 22nd.
Love the 75 Ryan. In your opinion what would the Ryan receive if submitted to PSA? Let's assume the back of the card is solid with no defects that would prevent it from receiving a 9.
The only flaw could be centering top-to-bottom (though determining top-to-bottom borders on 75s are somewhat undefined/difficult)...but the card appears good enough to grade at least a PSA-8 or 8.5, and possibly a 9 depending on the answer to the top-to-bottom question as well as the unknown back of the card. Beautiful color, registration and centering 50/50 side-to-side...
The rack is BBCE authenticated...and previously owned by Grote and KC. It is a regular-sized rack.

I figured you would pull out your 1954 Rack pack with AARON, Banks and Kaline on the front.

This is really awesome. If you had to guess how much will this sell for? I'm asking because I have no idea what unopened items like this are worth. Its a one of a kind item so putting a price on it would be hard.

Wild card…as far as price. Since PSA does not grade rack packs…there is no POP. However…it is unusual to have such a nice 1975 Nolan Ryan showing.

Yes, it's a beauty. Would not have parted with it had I not kept a spare. Good luck with the auction, Monte!
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
I owned that beauty also...Manny purchased it from me many years ago. It's a collation anomaly as Yount is typically found in middle cell.

These would probably be among my two favorites...I submitted the 74 Winfield cello to PSA. It is a pop 1. The Munson/Reggie cello was pulled from a full 2nd series box broken down and submitted to PSA. I still own a few more packs from that same box.

Jealous of those with Desert Shield packs. I had a few opportunities through BBCE when I first joined the forums, but never pulled the trigger.
Anyway here are a few of mine. Cant compete with the baseball packs so I'll show some oddball instead. I grew up big into BMX and skateboarding. I just love these wrappers so much. And while they arent hard to find, nobody submits them, so as far as I know there is no grade higher.
I was at the filming of Major League in 3rd grade. Last summer I found a dealer selling this sealed team set of 11 cards. There isnt an exact number out there, but estimatation is that only a few thousand were given out to fans at one of the filming days. Cant imagine too many still exist thos they do pop up from time to time on eBay. PSA has never graded them individually (and not sure they would). But Id highly consider opening it to send em all in if I got a green light (would also like opnions on that idea).

Any chance PSA will grade the Desert Shield Pack?

I don’t think so. I’ve been asking since I bought it. A slab would be nice but bbce wrapped is the next best thing.

Are you thinking over 5K?
glorious thread creation
the OP must be really smart and good looking
you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
I’m hoping for $5k…

My sweet lord!
I was a poster child.
Gobble.
Chris…
Which year is the football rack pack?
Monte, that's a gorgeous 1969 rack!
Late 60's and early to mid 70's non-sports
I sold this unfortunately when I sold off most of my collection but always thought this pack was awesome. Got it from a board group rip.
Oops. I forgot I already posted that pack in this thread. Sort for the spam
Absolutely awesome. In your opinion what grade would the Roger receive if submitted to PSA? Let's assume the back is perfect.
Only 3 remain in the household.
"Brother, can you spare a dime?" (Especially a 1975 no S proof?)

That major league pack is pretty cool!
Nice Rack!
I like the BMX,Skateboard packs. Old style graphics.
