That coin has been circulated and looks cleaned, so it’s not indicative of “normal peace toning”. Additionally, it doesn’t really have anything to do with colorful Peace Dollars or the sources and circumstances of their toning.

Also, you managed to fit no fewer than nine errors into that one short post. I understand that English is not your first language, but you should put a little bit more effort into your contributions if you want to be taken seriously.
There are several natural ways Peace dollars can tone -
Album toning, (Wayte Raymond) - produces the nicest colors
Envelope toning
EOR - end of roll toning
Bag toning - very few specimens exist that are truly bag toned
Cabinet (velvet toning)
Cardboard toning (marketing holders)
PCI green label holders
Anacs soap box holders (early)
I am a tremendous fan of toned peace dollars and they make up about 80% of my collection. If anyone is trying to sell one, please give me a shout as I am an avid buyer.
@SanctionII I like the look of your Peace dollar's toning over some of the earlier TV pictures posted by Zoins.
Peace dollars seem to develop a different kind of skin on them compared to Morgans. Peace dollar luster also seems different than the cartwheel luster that Morgans possess, so much so that I've never personally seen a PL or DMPL Peace dollar. If anyone personally owns one, please share.
After further consideration of this resurrected thread, I'm going to go ahead and say that each and every one of my Peace dollars shown below are 100% tarnished
Always looking for attractive rim toned Morgan and Peace dollars in PCGS or (older) ANA/ANACS holders!

Thanks, Yes the English was my 5-th language and the rest 1/2 is the Boston dialect. So address me in 5 and 1/1 languages.
Nowback to the Peace coins on technical. This post is very interesting from the point of view of different films developed by those coins. On my lab studies of those coins alloy, we find that Tin is present. This element I do not find in any of the Morgan's before 1921. Could be this due to after the war the Mint recycled the Cu?, and in long term develop those spectrum of colors? (sur must depend of locations) Or because, according with Mint reports, was a period of Recoinage?
Will be interesting to know!!! Sure testing those films is not only costly but also time-consume. Do will be worth? No.

Here is a Trueview of a toned 1926 S MS64 Peace Dollar I had graded last year. It was previously in a Redfield holder that I purchased about 15-20 years ago. The toning on the coin when I bought it is same as it is today.
Always like toning around the perimeter and leaving the center features "clean". Perimeter toning leaves a framing effect.

My contribution to the thread- I bought these because I thought they were cool
Nice looks on these.
This one CACed as well
Thanks! The other two are in the queue to go to CAC- one already had a CAC sticker in an NGC holder prior to crossing at the same grade so it should (fingers crossed) have success.
Thanks for sharing, those are awesome toned Peace $s and look NT and MA. Here's the measly 1 I have in my collection, from an NGC slab now in LOC album. I've fluctuated both NT/AT on it, but think maybe tab/tape toned in an album. Anyway I like it.

If you have pics of CAC'd one in the old slab, include them in the submission or email them now to assure the resticker.

I personally have a preference to this kind of simple toning for Peace Dollars. Just makes them look more old and antique

I’ve owned quite a few toned peace dollars but this one is the best of the bunch despite the modest grade. Nice luster in hand too.

@MonsterCoinz - I love your PCI toner. I have 3, exact same toning and PCGS has rejected them each time I sent them in.
Definitely- I printed out a pic of the coin in the old slab to send

Actually it upgraded to PCGS 66
First time I realized that (seller pic above)
Is this one suspicious?

@braddick - Yes, that slab has been gassed.
Glad to hear it upgraded. I get tired of other people bashing NGC and ANACS grading. Very nice looking coin too.
