I am not a fan of ball sports...so none of these interest me....Cheers, RickO
Wow, bottom right is pathetically bad. 2nd grade cartoon art.
I prefer top left and top right.
Just din’t know...
I Like O5 and O10. R 1,2,3,7
We do a coin for basketball but not for the 400th anniversary of the pilgrims. Doesn’t make much sense
Does anyone find a touch of irony in the “teamwork” design?
I think these two are decent.
Obverse o-2 may have some promise, but it looks too "busy" to me.

US Mint ready to jump the shark... (Part deux)
Pass...or shoot?
I'll pass.
Sure do.
As far as the designs are concerned; I like the first, third and the sixth images.
only so many ways to represent a basketball and a hoop, imho.....too bad no one can think of some way of incorporating a shot in the air as time is running out....now that is the most exciting play in basketball, i am just not an "arteest"....
Yet another poorly designed issue (no matter what design wins). I'll pass.
I'd rather see a Pilgrim quadricentennial issue, but is probably too controversial these days.
Now Bassetball - that is popular with everyone! Not!

It was a couple years after our curved baseball coin, Canada came out with their first curved sports coin...yup, a basketball coin...as it turns out, basketball may have been invented in Springfield, Massachusetts, but was created by a Canadian, a physical education teacher from Ontario.
Not to be outdone, Canada came out with a curved football coin a year later.
