I find it very difficult to discern the very small amount of rub that limits the grade to 58+ from a photo. But without the alleged rub the coin should grade at least MS64, not 61 or 62 as others have suggested. But it has been dipped in the past. 1811 without any toning is very improbable. I would definitely resubmit for a better result. A VERY nice coin.
I wonder if coin had a chance to re-tone a little it would not be graded MS 64 or better.

I see why it got the plus for detail. I don't prefer whitish 19th century silver but yours is a fine example none the less.
