Is it possible you may have been the seller? Seems to me we all would have outed the seller by now.

Yeah, there's absolutely no reason to not reveal the seller name unless you're trying to hide something.

How about sending it into PSA and ask seller if he will split the grading fee with you. If he is reasonable I would think that is the least he can do.

The above advice, wasn't very good! In fact it's more than likely the worst advice I have seen on the boards in 5 years.

This was before I saw pics of the card.

tony, I make amends, the above was harsh and I am sorry.

I would guess the most likely scenario is the package became damaged due to negligence of the recipient and nobody(ebay, PayPal, FedEx, seller) is buying the story he is selling. Otherwise, if there is no seller that will dispute your story because its true, out the seller.

I actively collect Kirby Puckett. I have collections of Michael Jordan, Emmitt Smith, Roberto Clemente, Dwight Gooden, Tom Seaver, Errict Rhett and Evan Longoria.

Agreed. I think it is important to inform the boards of the seller due to the price of the item. Anything under $50, I'd say no big deal, maybe even cut losses and move on. However, on a big ticket (actually, huge ticket) item such as this, I think its important to let us know who shipped this in such a careless manner so that more of us don't run into the same problem, just my humble opinion.

Also, very sorry that this happened to you and I hope this ends in a positive result for JewVol.

Thanks, but if I were the one fighting for my $1700; I would have outed the seller in a minute. I am still confused how Fed Ex/ebay/paypal all deny the claim. Me thinks there is more to the story.
