This is an NGC PR-65. The 1883 No Cents Nickel in Mint State is cheaper than other dates from that era because of the hoarding. The Proof is more because type collectors are limited to the 5,219 Proofs that were struck of the one year type.

I finished the Guatemala coin type set recently, it was a really fun, quite completable set while still being a challenge at these grade levels. (Higher grade is a VERY different story.)
