What are the odds that a shop sells no graded cards or has no online presence can succeed?
Does anyone seriously think that a card shop that does neither of these things can survive today? -

PSA 9 Graded Cello Pack That Has Yellow Scotch Tape On Back? 1984 Fleer
I just got in the mail from Ebay a 1984 Fleer Baseball cello and on the back of the actual pack there is a piece of yellow aged scotch tape. Anyone ever hear of something like this? What is going on here? The pack was graded a PSA 9 with Mattingly on front. Scans coming tonight. Thanks -
