Re: I think that the Lincoln Coin and Chronicles Flip is played out
My observation of eBay auctions: Items for sale peaked at around 460 current auctions. Now there are around 260 and prices edging up slowly from around $115-120. Open boxes fetching around $125-130 with sealed boxes around $140-150. Way to early to predict these prices but I think they at the bottom and after Thanksgiving… -

Re: Anyone here ever buy from iras4?
Great material, and fine service. His images are sweet too. I've purchased several items from him, including a wonderfully toned 1917 Type 1 Standing Liberty, NGC MS62. I know, kind of low end MS grade, but it's a knockout with Blue and Copper toning. Paid $260, and never regretted it. Buy from this guy --- support good… -

So if you are the winner (in an efficient auction) the odds are very high that the slots lower than your bid are filled with an… -
Re: Do you think $500 gold will ever be a reality again?
Of course we'll see $500 gold again. It's a comodity. It's cyclical like all others. Don't get so caught up in short term thinking. That's why most of you didn't buy when it hit 260. The masses always buy when things go up in value, always sell as it's falling. Human nature. The way it is. The masses always think short… -
Re: Secondary Market 20th ASE prices.........
<< <i>I was at a coin show in a small Nebraska town yesterday and a dealer was paying $230 for an opened set and $250 per set in an unopened box from the mint. >> That's a little low for the opened set which is selling for about $260 on Ebay but if you figure in fees, it's an OK offer. It's way low on the unopened set… -
