I don't sell on eBay, do they permit blocking bids from those with Zero feedback? It seems to me you will likley get burned and that eBay will side with this brand new scammer (buyer). -

I don't do eBay but looks to me like he started about a week ago. A few of the feedbacks are already calling him a scammer. -
