I don't have a genuine coin near me with which to compare (and I'm too lazy to go get one), but it looks "off" to me. On the obv, the portion of the rock behind Miss Lib seems weird. And, the date seems sloppy.
On the rev, most of the lettering seems weird to me, like the serifs are inordinately pronounced.
All the fake seated dollars that have come out of China recently, regardless of the date, were made from dies created from a host coin that has a deep scratch on the upper left of the shield. All the fakes show this plainly. Many auctions are up which are identified as counterfeits. Take a look at those and you will see what I mean, then look at this dollar. Same diagnostic mark.
I check the trade dollar listings on ebay several times a day. It's gotten to the point where I recognize the fakes from the "3 day auction" and all caps headers.

It's a raw coin on ebay, isn't it?
