Very, very nice, Slammer!! Ironically, I own the same date in a PCGS "greenie" 65. Also superb luster and a gorgeous sliver of neon rainbow along the left obverse rim; otherwise, white. No image (yet), though...... -
Re: View User's Profile
<< <i>A nice idea but it does invite spam. >> You would only be able to contact another member via PM, so unless the spammer has a validated user ID, they wouldn't be able to access your users profile. -
Re: Is this guy keyword spamming?
He does not come across as a spammer, but that sure does not look like a ngc holder. Maybe it is an old holder, and he is waiting for the coin to come back from NGC. I guess you could always ask him. -
Re: The Three Rivers Collection is now open for sale
Jay you are funny, and I'm so glad you post here. You make up for all my stupid jokes. "weakies" That's a lot better than just calling Mr Longacre a spammer. A kindler, gentler forum -

Re: NFL Sidelines
Clue.....another Hydrant lie.....actually, the number of people that I counted behind the end zones varied between 16 and 23.....because the cops kept moving in and out of the tunnel!...So, I just rounded off the number to 20......Yikes!.....It's off to the Slammer! -
Novice Card Buyers Beware: Phony "Live Chat" SCAM Is Active
The Consumerist By Ben Popken on April 13, 2010 eBay Scammers Evolve, Use Live Chat "Customer Service Reps" Grace almost got scammed on eBay. A fraudster cracked a high-value seller's account and posted a fake listing for a camera and tried to make Grace pay for it using Western Union, a huge warning sign of a scam. That's… -
Re: Anyone had to get a call from eBay with a PIN number to buy something?
Interesting....haven't heard of that requirement nor have I ever been asked to do so. Where you using someone else's computer? Sounds like an IP address issue. eBay verifying it's you and not a spammer making the pruchase. -
Re: Is this legit and from PCGS?
I had something similar yesterday morning. See my post under here https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/1023681/rosemarygomez-spammer#latest. I'm starting to think something more nefarious than spam IMs is going on here.
