Is this guy keyword spamming?

He has a buch of coins listed on ebay and says they are NGC graded, and that the coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive...

yet the pics show raw coins. Either he is spamming (likely), or else he took photos B4 having them slabbed (unlikely).

    Not enough information as some folks take a picture of their coins before being submitted and the post the actual grade they received.

    He does not come across as a spammer, but that sure does not look like a ngc holder. Maybe it is an old holder, and he is waiting for the coin to come back from NGC. I guess you could always ask him.

    Many of the other coins he's selling are listed as coming in a "Whitman Snaplock", looks like
    a mistake was made on the auction title & description. IMO
