Re: 1972 Topps Baseball - Official PSA Thread!
It’s really comical if you look at the bids. By laying down a second proxy bid before the current one is exceeded, he’s begging to be run up. 0y(535) $365.00 27 May 2018 at 12:29:07PM PDT ie(1795) $360.00 27 May 2018 at 1:16:24PM PDT 0y(535) $350.00 27 May 2018 at 6:30:56AM PDT ie(1795) $350.00 27 May 2018 at 1:16:09PM PDT… -
Re: 1980s Coin Market
Within a few months the market collapsed. Prices fell to 20-30% of highs by year end. Boxes of MS65 and 66 Morgans and generic gold were being offered. I bought some MS65 Saints at 535 each (probably 66 by todays standards). The market stayed in the dump through most of the 90s. Considering that I bought 50 or so MS64… -

Re: The Vintage MC - OC Thread
<< <i>Wow, I've never seen so many in one place! Barfvader and Elemenopeo, do you collect them, or do you just save the scans? >> I collect them. A search of my posts would show a large portion of what I have (Many have been gifts from the great CU board members). My current list shows that I have 3 Autographed Miscuts 535… -
Re: SMR - Fact or Fiction?
Here's one approach that SGC took. In their online priceguide they list the 1967 Rico Petrocelli card in NM/MT at $145. ( I bought my well centered PSA 8 for $40something ...but whose counting) Anyways, they list some representative auction results below the guide: eBay results: SGC-88 Clendenon #535 $90, SGC-96… -
Re: Anyone else tired of crazy questions when selling on Ebay?
Today I got an offer of a 1994 Upper Deck A-Rod auto for my 1953B #33 Pee Wee Reese (the famous one) in PSA 6. Aside from the sheer silliness of the offer, he claimed his ungraded card was mint and worth $400. Pee Wee books at $535, never mind the fact that his raw A-Rod could be trimmed. Months ago I had a 51B Mantle on… -

Re: First PCGS MS 67 1955-D Quarter ?
<< <i>Unless the coin was demoted, there was a 55d that graded ms67. Don Willis posted a video holding hte coin and talking about it. It was contraversial because it had been in a 66 holder and had some hits on the wings but was numped up to a 67 when a VIP submitted it after many attempts were made including a former… -
Re: 1922 No D PCGS VG10
The "Coin Facts" PCGS retail price for a VG-10 is listed at $650. On the Gray Sheet, the VG bid is $425, and the Fine bid $535. I would be careful about this coin. Looking at the pictures of the 1922 Plain cents in "Coin Facts" the grading seems to vary quite a bit. I'd make sure that the VG-10 is very nice for the grade,…
