It looked like there was a blue box for one of the oversize holder configurations.
    When in doubt, don't.

Can't wait for the "super mega ultra jumbo" holder to come out... should be about the size of a door and will also have copies of your original submission forms and an 11" x 17" TrueView image inside of the slab behind the label.

I thought the video was good too but the use of the word "gasket" was a bit excessive.

    Good job, Don!

Not sure I understand the problem with calling a gasket "gasket". PCGS was showing off their flexibility. I have about 50 of them I'm hoping to sell back. image

    Indeed.

besides the labels, I have the gaskets. we could recycle them.

the submission form has a check box for an "oversize" holder. it's an extra $20.

I'm assuming this is to encapsulate a coin in the "mid" size holder (ie. for the silver 5 oz ATB).

I wonder how much to encapsulate in the "jumbo" holder for 1 kilo coins?

We will not be changing the Oversized Holder fee. It will be the same for the 75mm holders (5 oz.) and the 100mm holders (1 kilo).

Each holder can be adapted for several different size coins. We are starting off with about 4 coin sizes for the Jumbo holder and we can put 8-9 different sized coins in the 5 oz. holder.

    4 and 5 gasket holders?

Does this mean that 5 coin and 9 coin proof set grading is on the horizon for PCGS?

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

When will the kilo holder be available for US customers? And will the return p & h fee be different for the kilo holder?

    Don,are you still online?I was curious,Did you guy's ever think of manufacturing a plastic {see-thru}holder for your slabs?It would protect the lens of the slab,until that person is ready to sell?What do you think Don?I'm serious now,I'm not joking! What I'm talking about is a see-thru holder for mainly your basic size slabs,the concept of a"Slab inside of a Slab". So when your ready to sell,you can take the slab out of the new see-thru holder and keep for another slab. {I know I shouldn't of shown this thread publicly,someone's going to steal my idea}

It's going to real hard to walk around the bourse with a jumbo holder in you pocket.

Don Willis states in the video hat all coins in PCGS secure + holders, US or foreign, have PCGS grading guarantee forever. I thought that PCGS does not guarantee copper coins sold or holdered after 1/1/2010. Can anybody clarify this apparent contradiction?

If you pay the extra $20.00 can you have a Morgan dollar or Saint encapsulated into the 5 oz. holder?
