I had posted something one time when someone sent me a PM within 30 seconds. Of course they were responding because they saw the same mistake I had made, but I didn't open the PM until I had made the correction in price with an edit. I think they were disappointed that they couldn't capitalize, to state the obvious, that I had caught my own mistake before responding to their PM. image

Fastest coin I sold there took 14 months. Those image overpriced widgets don't move so fast. It took over 392 TTT's and finally had to give away free S&H green stamps plus a gift certificate to Starbucks before some YN took the deal. I convinced him he could use the stamps as CAC stickers image

I had a $700 coin sold in about a minute once.

In general, I've found the BST to actually be kinda slow.

I once had a few circulated 1909 VDB cents gone in less than half an hour. I think I may have priced them a bit too cheap, but oh well.

I agree with Goldeneyenumismatics though, generally, the BST is a bit slow, but I still post there anyways since there are no fees. IMO, it's well worth the patience if I don't need the money right away.

When you sell something that quickly, do you ever wonder if you priced it too cheaply?

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

Not a 'sale' but I traded my ASE sets in a few hours.

Put a WTB ad up and had that locked in about an hour or so.

Only way to find out is..."try it," but make sure you offer free shipping just like the OP did and throw in a 64 Kennedy proof, along with a Trade dollar, Morgan & Peace dollars and a variety of silver dimes and quarters.image

I think my fastest sale was a bust dollar priced right, sold in 23 minutes.

May have sold something else quicker, but it wasn't an "expensive coin" like that dollar.

Some silver, within 10 minutes. I priced it a bit below spot...and BOOM!

Funny thing is, I believe the next day spot ended up below what I sold it for...course later it went up a lot more!
