  None too soon, and a great idea. I doubt it'll get much press, and I'm sure the verbage will be cautious in the release.

  I'll be very interested in the results. For those who might not have followed the link, PNG and ICTA members are the ones being surveyed, not the general public.
  
  I think it's interesting that grading accuracy counts for 40% of the score, but "Ability to detect altered, repaired, damaged, cleaned and counterfeit submissions" is only 10%. How far we've come from the original purpose of slabbing coins.

  New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

  it's automatically a null and void (ie worhtless) survey since the population being surveyed consists of PNG members. why not survey the people that it actually matters such as, oh, i don't know, collectors maybe??? also absurd is cust. svc being worth 5%. how many companies stay in business with 5% of their focus being on cust. svc?
