call the local number for each of the post offices at those three locations and ask to speak to a supervisor. make them aware of this package and where it really needs to go.

Is there a number for the sort facility, or call a branch in the respective city?

Normally when something like this happens, the BMC scanner(s) are misreading the shipping label. So much for automation... Question ... was the label hand written or a printed label with bar codes.
This was shipped Priority Mail.
I think the PO staff has been drinking too much egg nog.
