    I am surprised 19, 15 and 10 haven't gotten more votes?

I saw this over on the BST, of course, but I like how you've added the poll. It's a new twist on the old "PayPal challenge".

I wish I had had something more specific to offer, but all of my current BST stuff is "Bargain Bin" material under a hundred bucks. (A pricerange I'm likely to stay in for a while.) Which is not to say I don't have some cool stuff to offer, but for a $155.22 PayPal Challenge, or any PayPal challenge, really, the best contenders are usually single coin lots or pairs.

You could have much more than just ONE of mine for $155.22. Even if one of them was that NGC AU58 1899 Barber dime with the nice peripheral toning.

On the face of it, though, I must admit, a slabbed MS CuNi IHC is probably the most tempting offer on the table here, were I in your shoes. Did robkool ever post pictures of it?

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

Process of elimination on this one

#6) While I'm into moderns this one is pricey and how could you have missed one at issue price? wait for your price on it and check out another item.

Ooooo...a tie between #4 & #15 at closing time...Does TexasNational get the deciding vote (or I suppose he voted already), or does he re-allocate the misplaced vote of PCGS69 and make #4 the winner...oh the suspense!!! image

    I was split between 4 and 15 but I picked 4.

If I went with none of the above maybe I'd try getting 5 silver dollars if deal came up for around $31 each.
Probably can't squeeze the shipping in so that would need to be a local deal, move from paypal to account and buy locally.

P.S. If #15 wins due to my vote (i.e. wins by exactly 1 vote in the poll), I will also throw a coin in for free (entirely my choice of what it is) to try to make sure that the OP did indeed get the best "bang" for his buck with #15! I have not studied the other selections very carefully, but I do believe that Coinduece is a straight up and fair trader (as I am sure most of the other sellers offering deals are as well).

I'd tell you to save up some more money and buy something else. I'm not a modern guy, and do not feel MS 62 is an investment grade for a classic coin. Most, but not all MS 62 coins I've seen are imo, "market acceptable" flashy AU coins.

Feed the kitty until you could buy something like a no-brainer MS 67 38 D Nickel or MS 66 Walker. These are attractive, desirable coins which won't go out of style anytime soon.

Wow. Tough crowd this morning. I'm even giving TexasNationals a return privilege. I'm curious: did any of the naysayers offer anything that they think is a better choice? image
