Pricing out ASE's to sell to local dealer

So I called a local guy and he said he'd give me $400 for 10 ASE's of assorted dates. None of them are "key" dates. I'd say the best date I have is a 2011 since there seems to be a bit of a premium for them.

Regardless, would you guys take $40/oz for ASE's? I don't *NEED* the cash but I'm also getting bored of the silver stockpile and would like to invest in some actual coins instead of bullion.

Thanks for the advice/comments/suggestions in advance.
Jeremy

As long as they are not proof's, $40 sound about right to me.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Or you could sell em on eBay for $44-$46 each and pay ebay/paypal $5 - $6 in fee's.

    $40 sound pretty good.

At the current spot price of silver $40 is a good number. The 1996 used to have a slight date premium but with the recent run up in silver they are all the same now. Good luck.

1996s are still worth a nice premium. You should be able to get $55 or more for nice examples (and more again if you have a sealed monster box or large quantity).

$40 for the other dates is a pretty fair price. Premiums have come down in the last week on a wholesale basis.
