He might actually be on vacation at the moment in Belize with two teenage girls. (His daughter and one of her friends, for those of you thinking of sending this thread on a serpentine turn for the worst, thank you.)
or he could still be busy trying to cover his silver shorts.............Or he could be in Belize actually trying to buy some silver shorts and matching sandals. MJ

I have not trotted this one out for a while. It is a PCGS MS-63 and one of my favorite coins. Of course the 1907 High Relief $20 gold is perhaps the most common high priced coin in the world ...
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
Interesting. That 1932 MS66 was mine...I bought it in auction and no one recognized it as the Norweb specimen! Great coin, however I do think the face has been doctored.

There wasn't any clue. Any time I saw a really high condition rarity I would look at the various big sales to see if there were any identifying features. I saw them clearly on this coin. I do believe this is about the finest 1932 there is, the only equal being the Duckor coin graded MS66+.
I found three pedigrees the same way. My 1929 65+ was the Browining coin, my 1927-S 66 the Conn. Library coin and the 25-S 65(+)was the Crawford coin that was very likely Norweb as well.

Great memory! That was the BRONZE specimen High Relief made by the mint that I once owned. The put them all through rollers after they made them. Cool memories.
This is my 'box of 20' type coin, which I like due to it's overall appearance and the old style NGC slab. I know I need to step up to a MS66, but didn't find the right piece @ Summer FUN so will probably have to wait until Winter FUN 2012.

However, I can't reply to any of his posts as that would bring his thread into my homepage and SHOCK the timid members of my family back in Missouri.
