Best of luck, with this, but I could not find such a company listed in 6 pages of yellow page searches for that address nor company name. How in the world did you even hear of them and why would you trust them? Jim

I was working with a forum member here I will leave his name out of this for now. He states that he is out of state on a family matters ( going on 3 months now ). The address was copyed from a PM. There have been very few PM's and no word if he has sent them in or there sitting somewere or anything.

Yes, another search just revealed who the individual was you sent the coins to.
This individual, as far as the forum knows, is an extreme novice in numismatics. He was a real character though. (I'm not posting the name of the person/business as per your latest post)
Edited to add: this individual may have been banned from this forum! Edited again to add: I don't believe he is having family issues, or whatever. He has listed items on eBay as recently as yesterday 11/4! I'd begin to be concerned. And hopefully these weren't overly high valued coins!
Based on stones post, I would suggest its time to get the police involved. I would send a certified letter to the address and state that you demand immediate return of your property or the you will be contacting the police to report stolen goods.
If I say something in the woods, and my wife isn't around. Am I still wrong?
He is alive and well and prospering ATS. He's hard to miss there. He has also been endorsed by quite a few folks. I think you should be able to settle this with him if what you are saying is 100% true. I have no reason to doubt you OTHER then he has many posting on this forum with low post counts on his accord. He has run many rouses. I'm not saying this is one of them, but my antlers are up. Regardless, I'm sure we will be hearing from one of his minions or his alt on this shortly. This has 100 written all over it by 3pm..................MJ

No this is not the person I have been working with directly - The member has contacted me and I hope this is resolved.
Yes I have a low post count --- I have been a member here since 2002 under the name Halfnut and many here can vouch for me. I lost my old password when I changed my e-mail server thus the new name.

Righto Dan. I remember you statng so when you came back. Anyways, every BNB thread seems to provide drama and lots of brand new posters to vouch for him. Some are more transparent then others. I'm sorry you got caught up in this one and I'm sure a positive resolution will come your way. Please fill us in if possible when the time is right. All the best. MJ

Is anyone else perplexed that 'bfamilycoin' has/had his first post in this thread? Read some of the other posts he made today....they have a very familiar writing style. Has anyone seen 'him' (BNB) set up at that Laughlin, NV show, before? His paranoia is very familiar to me....he acted this way just prior to coming to Boston (in reaction to knowing I would be there, and seeking him out).
I now feel I have doo-doo on my face for sticking up for him after speaking with him on the phone, personally (as chance would have it, it was just before his coming to Boston...which he left early...perhaps because of Mr. Lanz). I guess you should always go with first instincts.

thanks MJ for posting it on the other site. He's replied about this but not saying much. I think he is going to set up at a show at the LAX or something. Someone should go speak to him face to face about this............

Unless it's some of the other members he has buffaloed, he'll have security and the plainclothes, working the show, on alert because he'll feel threatened, just as he threatened to do to me in Boston....

1) I feel like a total sh*thead for giving him a chance at redeeming himself in the 'Future Dealers' thread (or whatever the thread was).
2) The OP should contact me ASAP

I have been mailing on July 7 a $1200,- Athens tetradrachm to a guy
called Jarret Jay Casesa (bnbcoins, J. Coins) in Fairfield CT. Already
on July 18 he complained that he never received the coin, which has
been sitting at his post office since July 15, according to USPS
tracking. He got a refund from ebay within 10 days, because I could not
show his signature.
At the ANA fair in Boston I found, that he was walking the floor with
my coin and probably with my money, which ebay USA wanted back from me.
He had somehow got the coin without signing for the registered letter,
had the coin slabbed by NGC, and thanks to Richard Pearlman and Tom
Cederlind and the perfect cooperation with NGC I had the proof of this
mail fraud.
The Boston police at the show, the USPS clerk, etc. and no one really
from ANA was interested. ANA asked me for some payment to make a
complaint to its member, great help.
It took my good standing as the largest seller of coins on ebay Germany
to get this case with ebay US settled. They probably swallowed the
$1200,- and left this thief get away.
BTW, he discussed in July this coin on this CFDL.
