Will Milk spots keep a Proof SAE from a 70 ?

Now, if it were already graded, and sent in for a review, and the spot(s) was/were small, then it could still maintain a 69. At least, such was my experience a few years back and some other folks that I remember.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Yup.
Not to wish you bad luck on a submission...but in answer to your question...I hope so! Nobody wants a spotted 70. The time for that coin to earn a 70 has come and gone. Too bad. Looks like a blazer otherwise.

How so? Please explain!! Are the coins washed post strike?? Is there a difference between post mint and post strike damage?
