Absolutely it will. And, if it is a "fresh to the grading room" one, I doubt it would be 69 either. 68 at best. Now, if it were already graded, and sent in for a review, and the spot(s) was/were small, then it could still maintain a 69. At least, such was my experience a few years back and some other folks that I remember.

Not to wish you bad luck on a submission...but in answer to your question...I hope so! Nobody wants a spotted 70. The time for that coin to earn a 70 has come and gone. Too bad. Looks like a blazer otherwise.
I'd leave that coin right where it is in the original packaging. In my opinion that is one of the finest mint sets that ever got produced. So what if the coin has a spot or two.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

<< <i>Yep, milk spots are post mint..... sorry... Cheers, RickO >>
How so? Please explain!! Are the coins washed post strike?? Is there a difference between post mint and post strike damage?
