Newp- first US coin I've bought in a while... tuff date Seated dime!

The tough dates are even tougher when you're tryin' to find 'em with love token reverses, as I am!

That takes care of the 1880 and 1881. I reckon I still need the 1879. Of course, I don't need mintmark combinations- my Seated dime set is strictly one-a-year, for obvious reasons. But there are still some tough Philly-only pieces like the 1844 and 1846 left to find...

Looks like that loop was attached to something else and broke off, huh?

Thanks to savoyspecial to being the spotter on this one. He scoped it out and gave me the range- I took aim and pulled the trigger.

I'm working on a Seated dime year set with love token reverses, yes. I believe I now have pretty much everything after 1870 except the 1879, and a number of earlier dates, too, though I still lack some real toughies like 1844 and 1846.

I cannot frickin' believe you posted this thread tonight - just a couple of hours ago I was looking at the pictures in your original thread from 2008.

What I mean to say is, if you didn't believe in fate before tonight, you will soon. Oh, and check your PMs. image
