I guess that part of how I collect now is a function of the (painful) lessons I learned earlier on in collecting, so it's somewhat unfair to say, "If I could go back". Having said that, if I knew then what I knew now, I would still have toned business strike Franklins as my passion, just that I would have waited at certain points to buy specific coins and been more involved at other times. Also, I'd probably have bought more DBHE material in the mid to latter 1990's... and maybe some more gold in the early 2000's.

The one thing I would like to do is change the last two seconds of a track race I ran decades ago. I made up 25 yards on a guy in the last lap, he was running on the chalk between lanes 1 and 2, there wasn't enough room to safely pass on the inside, so I went outside and we tied for third place. I'd like to have that back and try to pass on the inside and see if I either could get a clean third place or would get DQ'd.

I would have started collecting sooner, as well. I didn't start until 2008. I don't count the state quarters.
